Announcement to all eligible current  BOV – TOC Cardholders : 
Further to the ongoing crisis between Russia and Ukraine, Kindly note that your existing policy excludes the following:

War Exclusion
xxvii. loss, damage cost or expense of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any of the following:
a. war, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not); 
b. civil war, military rising, insurrection, civil commotion assuming the proportions or amounting to an uprising, rebellion, revolution, military or usurped power, martial law or looting or pillaging in connection therewith; 
c. confiscation or nationalisation or requisition or destruction of or damage to property by or under the order of any government or public authority or any act or condition incident to any of the above.

Sanction Limitation and Exclusion Clause
The Insurer shall not be liable to pay any claim or pay any benefit hereunder to the extent that the provision of such cover, payment of such claim or provision of such benefit would expose that insurer to any sanction, prohibition or restriction under United Nations resolutions or the trade or economic sanctions, laws or regulations of the European Union, United Kingdom or United States of America, or any of its states.
The above will continue to apply until further notice. Before making plans to travel to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and/or to any other country that might be directly involved in this crisis in the future, we kindly ask you to contact our offices.

Covid Extensions
Kindly note that if you wish to extend cover to protect you for Winter Sports, Trip Cancellation  or Covid-19  a minimum of five (5) working days’ notice is to be given for the issue of such extension
