Since embracing kickboxing two years ago, Adrian’s commitment to the sport has been unwavering. His intensive training schedule includes five days a week of sparring, conditioning, and technical drills, alongside learning from top-tier clubs in London and seminars with his home team, Team Noel - Fight & Fitness.

Balancing his professional role with his training demands careful planning, but Adrian is quick to credit his family and colleagues for their support. “This experience has taught me the value of showing up, staying committed, and having a strong support system. It’s about breaking barriers and showing that anyone can excel where they’re passionate.”

Letishia Grech: A Champion of Determination
For Letishia, boxing is a reflection of her grit and resilience. Balancing a six-day training schedule with her professional role and caring for her 18-month-old daughter requires a level of discipline and determination few can match.

“Fatigue and challenges are part of the process, but with a strong mindset and support system, I’ve managed to keep pushing forward,” Letishia shares. Her goal isn’t just to win the match but to grow and learn from the experience, applying these lessons to future challenges.

Letishia’s success is rooted in the encouragement of her family, partner, and colleagues, who provide the motivation and assistance needed to navigate her demanding schedule. “Their unwavering belief in me makes all the difference,” she says.
