Role Description
• Collaborate with the departmental team to provide added-value service to Employee Benefits (EB) clients throughout the business relationship. Ensure quality, professional, and efficient service delivery both before and after the insurance contract is concluded.
• Provide technical assistance to team members to enhance their performance and efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and regular communication with EB clients and insurance companies, aiming to maximize the brokerage's value and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Renew and manage Employee Benefits policies, including Health, Life, and Pension policies. Source and review quotations, recommend suitable coverage, issue new policies, and contribute to the department’s portfolio growth while ensuring high service quality.
• Process transactional information in both internal and insurer systems, compile statistical data, and generate reports as needed.
• Support the EB Department with various tasks as they arise.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts, escalating to the EB Manager when necessary to protect company interests.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for Group Health and Group Life clients in alignment with AML/CFT policies and ensure that documentation remains valid and updated.
• Mentor less experienced team members to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to their professional growth.
• Commit to ongoing professional learning and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management, or the Core Team.

Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Holders of Dip. CII or B.Com.(Hons) in Insurance or an MA (Insurance) will be given preference.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate policy documentation that meets agreed coverage levels.
• Up-to-date knowledge of insurance market developments to meet clients' needs and remain competitive.
• Adherence to ethical standards, legal requirements, and regulatory compliance within the insurance industry.
