On the 7th March, we came together to celebrate the incredible individuals who drive our success every day. Across our offices, we marked Employee Appreciation Day and International Women’s Day with gratitude, reflection, and a shared commitment to progress.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Team

Our HR Manager, Ms. Dorothy Caruana Garcia, expressed her appreciation for our employees, recognising their dedication and hard work as the driving force behind our success. “Your commitment drives our success, and we could not be more grateful to have such a hardworking team.” To show our gratitude, we kicked-off the day with a special breakfast—a small token of appreciation for everything our team does.

Recognising the Women Who Inspire Us

In addition to celebrating our employees, we took a moment to recognise the remarkable contributions of women in our workplace and beyond. Our Group President and CEO, Abigail Clifford, emphasised the importance of continuing to push for gender equality, stating, “While we’ve made great strides, the journey continues.” This year’s theme, Accelerate Action, reminds us to reflect on our progress, acknowledge the challenges ahead, and reaffirm our commitment to advancing women's rights and human rights.
