We’re thrilled to welcome Kurt Seguna to the Antes Insurance Brokers team as our new Finance Team Leader (Global) within the Finance Department.
Kurt’s professional journey took an inspiring turn early on. After graduating with a B.Ed in Mathematics and spending a year teaching at a secondary school, he shifted paths to pursue a career in finance. Driven by a desire to grow in a field he felt passionate about, he completed the ACCA qualification and went on to build his experience in audit and accounts. Now, he brings that depth of knowledge and drive for excellence to Antes. 

When he’s not navigating the numbers, Kurt enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active through sports or the gym, and exploring new cultures through travel. “Out of the seven continents, my favourites are Asia and South America,” he shares. His love for discovering diverse ways of life reflects his open-minded approach to both personal and professional growth.

Kurt is guided by a powerful yet simple motto: “Always try to be the best version of yourself.” That mindset resonates deeply with our team at Antes, where continuous improvement and collaboration are key. On joining the company, Kurt says, “I’m looking forward to achieving a deeper understanding of the industry, honing my skills, and contributing to the team’s success. I aim to take on new challenges, expand my knowledge base, and have a positive impact on the projects I work on. I’m also eager to grow professionally, build strong relationships within the company, and take on leadership responsibilities as I progress in my career.”
