Meet Danjiel Wright—Senior Broker within our Claims Team, Holistic & Chakra Therapist, Reiki Master, former professional dancer, and TV personality. But behind all the titles is someone who’s deeply committed to living an authentic, centred life.

Danjiel’s weekends start well before dawn. At 4:30 a.m., he’s walking by the sea with his beloved dogs—Chucky, Harley, and their newest addition, Joy. “That time by the sea cleanses and revitalises me,” he shares. After breakfast and cuddles with "the boys," his day continues with household rituals, gym time, and moments of quiet reflection. “Some might call this routine boring, but for me, it’s my peace, my rhythm, and my way of realigning with what matters.”

His path to becoming a Reiki Master and holistic therapist began after personal heartbreak in his early 20s. “I felt as though my inner light had gone out,” Danjiel recalls. It was through meditation, breathing exercises, and healing that he discovered his spiritual side. What started as self-healing evolved into a calling to guide others.

Long before his work in healing, Danjiel was immersed in the world of dance. He trained in classical and tap dance and built a vibrant career as a performer and choreographer—taking part in musicals, theatre productions, and even the Eurovision Song Contest. “Media taught me a lot about visibility, impermanence, and staying grounded in who you truly are,” he reflects.

As part of his wellness journey, Danjiel also created and published his first book—Words.

“Words is designed to help you understand yourself at every moment of your life’s journey and to remind you of who you truly are.
It’s no ordinary book—it’s a practical tool meant to be used daily to enhance your awareness of both your inner self and the world around you. Its unique format encourages you to pause, reflect, analyse, and consciously choose how to respond or react to various situations and emotions.”

Today, Danjiel brings that same energy of presence and awareness into his professional role. “At work, I don’t often use my spiritual gifts. I bring laughter, human touch, and the energy of being present. That’s enough.”

His dogs, adopted during and after the COVID period, have become his daily reminders to live simply and presently. “They’ve taught me to appreciate the small things, rest often, and be patient.”

When asked what advice he’d offer to those managing stress, Danjiel says: “Be true to your feelings and honour yourself daily. Speak your truth without fear. The word NO holds incredible power.”

Whether guiding others through healing, authoring tools for self-reflection, or calmly resolving claims, Danjiel’s life is a reminder that alignment, peace, and purpose can live at the heart of everything we do.
