At Antes Insurance Brokers, we take pride in bringing talented professionals on board, and our newest team member, Kimberly Pirotta, is no exception. Joining us as an Assistant Manager within the Corporate & Advisory Division, Kimberly brings a strong academic foundation and valuable industry experience that make her a fantastic addition to our growing team.

Kimberly’s journey in insurance began at the young age of seventeen, drawn to an industry that offers stability, growth, and the perfect mix of finance, risk management, and problem-solving. For her, the ability to help businesses and individuals safeguard their futures is both rewarding and fulfilling.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Insurance and Banking & Finance and a Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management. While pursuing her studies, Kimberly gained hands-on experience as a part-time insurance broker before moving into a Commercial Underwriter role at Atlas Insurance PCC Limited. Now, she’s eager to embark on this next step in her career with Antes.

Speaking about her new role, Kimberly shares her enthusiasm: "I am most excited about joining Malta’s largest insurance broker and being part of a team that leads the industry with expertise and innovation. The opportunity to work with diverse clients, tackle different risk challenges (some of which are new to me), and continue growing professionally makes this new chapter exciting!"

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys reading, travelling, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog. She’s an avid explorer, recently fulfilling a lifelong dream of visiting Iceland and now setting her sights on New Zealand for her next adventure.

Her favourite quote, “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great,” reflects her approach to life and career—embracing opportunities with determination and an eagerness to grow.
